Michael MacEwen, Co-Owner of Wayfinder Business Solutions, brings over 20 years of leadership experience across business intelligence, strategy, analytics, operations, financial analysis, and sales leadership. His career includes Director-level leadership and more than 15 years with a Fortune 500 healthcare organization, where he progressed through roles spanning analytics, business intelligence, sales optimization, operations, and field leadership. With advanced degrees in business analytics and management and extensive professional certifications, Michael specializes in turning complex business information into practical insight, strengthening processes and performance, and helping business owners make better-informed decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

Julie MacEwen, Co-Owner of Wayfinder Business Solutions, brings over 20 years of experience in business operations, HR, payroll, administration, and financial management.
