TERMS OF PURCHASE

These Terms of Purchase apply to digital products and downloadable materials purchased from Wayfinder Business Solutions, LLC (“Wayfinder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
Digital Products and Delivery
Wayfinder digital products are delivered electronically. Access may be provided immediately following successful payment and/or through an email sent to the email address provided during checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for downloading and safeguarding the materials you purchase.
Final Sale and Refund Policy
Because our digital products provide access to downloadable content, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
License and Permitted Use
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for the internal purposes of one business. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the materials or any associated intellectual-property rights.
You may use the materials within the purchasing business and may complete, customize, and implement the included worksheets, tools, templates, and systems for that business's internal operations.
Prohibited Uses
You may not share, reproduce, distribute, resell, republish, publicly post, upload, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the purchased materials, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Wayfinder Business Solutions, LLC.
You may not purchase a single license for use across multiple unrelated businesses, clients, organizations, or entities unless Wayfinder has provided written permission or an appropriate additional license has been purchased.
Intellectual Property
All original content, written materials, worksheets, frameworks, templates, graphics, branding, and other materials included in Wayfinder digital products remain the intellectual property of Wayfinder Business Solutions, LLC or their respective rights holders.
Unauthorized use or distribution may constitute infringement and/or breach of the license granted under these Terms. Wayfinder reserves the right to pursue available remedies when its intellectual property or licensing terms are violated.
Educational and Informational Purposes
Wayfinder digital products are provided for educational and informational purposes. They are designed to help business owners evaluate and improve aspects of their business operations.
The materials do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, human-resources, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for determining whether particular strategies, tools, or recommendations are appropriate for your business and for consulting qualified professionals when appropriate.
No Guarantee of Results
Wayfinder does not guarantee any particular financial, operational, productivity, revenue, profit, or other business result from the purchase or use of its products. Results depend on many factors, including the purchaser's circumstances, decisions, implementation, and business environment.
Product Support
When complimentary support is expressly included with a product, that support is limited to the scope described in the product materials. Customization, consulting, implementation, data cleanup, custom formulas, redesigns, or ongoing support may require a separate engagement.
Changes to These Terms
Wayfinder may update these Terms of Purchase from time to time. The terms applicable to a purchase are those made available at the time of purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
